About the project
Once clients attend their matching (intake) appointment, there can be a period of time until they’re matched with a therapist and begin treatment. In partnership with the product and clinical teams, I identified top pain points and value propositions to include throughout a five-email series. The goal was to keep clients feeling cared for while waiting for treatment to begin, and cultivate feelings of preparedness and engagement in their own treatment. The emails below are #2 and #1 in the series.
