About the project

Two Chairs needed to revamp its brand messaging targeted both to potential clients and therapists.

  • I conducted a competitive analysis across other mental health companies that hired therapists

  • Organized a brainstorm which included the VP of Marketing, Head of Brand, Head of Clinical, customer insights, digital marketing, and design.

  • After identifying the strongest directions, I mocked up 30+ copy variations with our illustration library in Figma

  • A smaller team reconvened to vote on the best options which we launched in:

    • Ads targeting health care providers with the goal of increasing therapy referrals

    • Client-facing ads designed to drive new therapy intakes

    • Clinician-facing ads highlighting Two Chairs’ value proposition as an employer
